Charged us unfairly

We booked accommodation at Red Pepper Self Catering units through Rooms for Africa, when we were on our way to the accommodation we were contacted by the owner who told us we had been moved to alternate accommodation. We did not want the alternate room but he refused to assist us. The alternate accommodation had no heaters and no towels we specifically wanted heaters as it was very cold and we have a three year old toddler. Rooms for Africa tried to assist but the owner refused. Rooms for Africa refunded us their share of the commission but Pierre from Red Pepper refused to refund us
