Very bad service

Arrived at about 14:20 on Wednesday 26 December 2012. Room untidy, beds not made, dishes not washed, no plugs for the basin and no plug for the zink, unstable table, unstable zink, self catering equipment like toaster not available, floor dirty and nobody to assist us.marketing advert says DSTV is available only two channels available of which one was an advert channel. After the place was clean we were able to book in at 16:00 - 16:30. The owner was phoned and he was very rude and in no way try to listen to our problem and help to solve it. The lady that work there kept on feeding us with. We were so dissapointed that we left after three days. The other two rooms next to us also not serviced and occupants also had to wait for the rooms to be cleaned. I will not refer anyone or book myself at this place ever again and this advert for these properties were misleading.
