Promise thats not kept

Every time I take my son to get his vaccinations my medical aid decline after saying that they would pay for it! I waist my time to go to the pharmacy every time to get shown away my son is now one and this has happened every single time! I would like to know what I must do to get this sorted or im going to cancel my medical aid with fedhealth as I am tired of getting messed around and I pay a lot of money!
