Bad Treatment with no feedback / reponse

I booked an eye-brow shape at Life Day Spa in Rosebank on 5 Dec 2013 before the holiday. I asked that no wax should be used, due to a bad experience I have had previously with the skin below my eyebrows ripped off which resulted in scabs for 1 week. During the treatment she asked if she can wax my cheek. My right cheek was waxed, and started to burn immediately. Nothing was said and my other cheek wasn't waxed. That afternoon I realised that the skin on my cheek was also waxed off, and took photos and sent them to the manager of the life day spa. That evening she phoned, and I asked her to phone back the following morning. I received no call from the manager the following day (Friday). After the weekend on Monday I took 2 more photos, as my cheek had scabs on them now, and sent another mail to the manager. No response at all. The Wednesday I phoned and the manager was busy and I left a message to phone me back. No response at all. It is now a month later, and I'm sitting with a blemish on my cheek and yet I have had no response from the manager at Life Day Spa Rosebank. I will never ever go back to this Spa. There are much better places than this spa.
