Refusing Service

I have been ordering contact lenses from Rene Vrey Optometrists in Woodmead for a number of years now and putting up with their excessive price increases.

Today, they are refusing to sell me my usual order because I only had an eye test 13 months ago.

Where do you get off refusing business to someone? It is not a legal requirement and they attitude is unbearable. They have some new guy there that would rather argue than do the business they are supposed to do. And he tells me that there isn't even an optometrist onsite!

I am deeply disappointed!
