Absolutely humiliating shambles!!

On Friday evening, I bought two Cinema Nouveau tickets from Ebuck at around 17:56. I then left for Rosebank aiming to catch a movie that was starting at 19:30. I got to Rosebank around 19:20 and entered the voucher number. The number returned an invalid message saying I should call the eBucks number or see the Manager on Duty. I tried the number and it went to voicemail as it was after hours on a holiday.

I then spoke to one of the attendants who after failing to input the voucher called the manager. The manager also proceeded to try the voucher and also predictably got the same result!! All this while the movie had even started. The manager then said he would call the ticket line. This took almost 10 minutes and he came back saying there was nothing he could do. During all this time, the not so implicit suggestion was being made that I had used the voucher and I was now trying to double dip, hence it wasnt working. It was a very humiliating experience!!! The treatment I got was absolutely shocking. I am not a beggar because I use eBucks. I dont deserve such treatment!!
