Aircon Problems - Dripping

I stayed at Pinnacle Point Garden Court and the aircon dripped on the carpet the whole night continuously so hard to sleep. We were told its normal at low temperatures so I assume most guests have this problem and cannot sleep. Our aircon though was on 23/24 degrees which is not low and this does not happen with other aircons in other areas so either the aircons were installed incorrectly (ie the tube is not draining outside) or there is something wrong with the aircons. Just to let you know its hard to sleep with the dripping.
