On the 12th of December I have ordered medical equipment from Aconite. You had to provide a postal address to the supplier for the delivery of the goods. On the 23rd of December (11 days after I have placed the order) I received a call from them that they don't deliver it to postal addresses and I need to provide a physical address. I couldn't understand why it took them so long to respond. I have been told they tried to call me. They informed me I will have my equipment on the Friday after Christmas. Had no delivery on that day. On the Monday I had to call them again to find out where my order is. It still wasn't delivered. I got the excuse that with all the holidays they will only be able to deliver my goods now after new years. I told them that this was unacceptable and that I would prefer a refund. The sales person on duty (Mohammed) informed me that I would be able to get my order as well as a refund for the inconvenience caused. On the 10th of January my order was eventually delivered but still no refund. You can send emails to them with no response. I even asked for the manager or owner to contact me but still waiting for that too... POOR SERVICE!
