My girlfriend, LV Johnson Membership No. 324272050, called into Discovery this morning 11/01/2014 to arrange authorisation for a dental procedure for our daughter on 14/01/2014. She asked SIBONGILE NHLAPO to call her back as she was calling from a cell phone. SIBONGILE advised that it is not possible as it is an inbound call centre. But when I, MS Fryddie Membership No. 438292660, asked to be called back 3 weeks ago, the consultant told me to wait for 5 minutes after he has taken the next call. He then called me back as promised. We need the authorisation to be done in order to give the dentist the go-ahead. Please assist.
