Over December, I made an online quote for medical aid, and Atlehang Hadebe from Momentum Health called me. She was so helpful and I really appreciated getting feedback from her. Before she even asked for my banking details like every other consultant. She made sure that I understood what was being offered explained all the different options and advised me on the best option to suit, she then asked time and time again if I need her to explain anything. It wasn't a one day signup process but she was not like every other sales person who rushes you to agree to things you don't understand and one you'll never hear from again. I hope Momentum Health actually appreciates and acknowledges their staff because she helped me take a lot of stress of my shoulders.
