Booking cancelled for 10 minutes late

On the 4th January 2013 my booking for the Doctor was cancelled for being 10 minutes late because I was from work. It has never happened in years that I have seen the Doctor in the same time that I was booked for. Always I waited for 20 minutes or more after the booking time before the Doctor could see me. I have never complained in all these occasions. This means that the clients/patients are always late but Doctors are never late.
