I was mistreated and given bad attitude

My complain is against the owner Suzanne of Ngirisafaris where I had made my booking with her as I have bought a voucher from Daddy's deal.. Even during me making booking it was very difficult to get accommodated as I was told it was full all the time I made the booking, never the less I was accommodate as I was driving through I called her to inform her that I was running late due to some commitment at work which she even inform me that there was traffic and some clients were also running late and said I must give her a call when I get there which I did but to my surprise when she burst into our charley which I was booked with my 13 yr old daughter she mention that she was very angry with us
