Dr Zaak Swart
Show us the door after being late

I took my daughter to see Dr Zaak Swart. I went to the Durbanville Clinic but was guided to a different address close by and arrived 10 min late. I tried to explain my situation but Susan Joubert (receptionist) showed me the door. I phoned her again and asked her if Dr Swart is never late to see his patients. My daughter was very embarrassed and I felt very unhappy. It seems to me in this profession the doctor is always right and the patient is nothing. I would never trust a doctor with this kind of attitude and will never go back to him.
