No proper emergency facilities

Good day,
I would like to report the poor service that this practise has towards emergency patients. My child fell off the jungle gym today and cut her lips, she was bleeding profusely and therefore rushed her to the nearest Medical facility. I was sent to the treatment room and told to wait, the nurse that attended to us only gave me gauze with spirits to apply to my childs lip and thereafter I waited 2 hours for the doctor on call. There is an increase in the fee that is charged for this 'doctor on call' but yet the waiting period is this long. This is worse than a government institution. Maybe I am wrong but children especially with open wounds should be assisted with immediate attention. This is not the first time that this practise has made emergency clients wait and I guarantee wont be the last. They dont care about the patients and have no emotions for patients in distress. I do understand that they are extremely busy but surely they should priortise the children with emergency situations. I eventually left the practise extremely disgusted and sought assistance from Dischem.
