Ignoring allergic response

In december I purchsed 2l Sprite Zero. Both my daughter and myself had an immediate allergic reaction to this drink, thoats closing and lumps in our throats. This was reported to them, they replied that they could do nothing without the actual sample of drink, s and I was told NEXT TIME THIS HAPPENS keep the sample!!! NExt time? Why will anyone buy something to which they had an allergic reaction, which could be potentially serious, every again!!! do they not understand the seriousness of this??? Shocking.
