False Advertising & Lack of Hygene

Made a booking to stay there via Gumtree. Add informs Heated pool / DSTV / Free uncapped wifi of which non existed upon arrival. When queried Betsi-Ann informed it's damaged to be repaired tomorrow - tomorrow came & still no fix. She then claims we must give her breakage deposit - we do this and these items were still non-existent. Besides for that there was dog poo behind the lounge chairs - dead rat in the passage and cat throw-up which we were expected to clean. We were also informed to park in the street - as off street for owner and girlfriend. We share the same entrance and patio. Add informs breahage repaid after 48hrs - after 96hrs no payment made & we query - owner sms to say we broke weber - which was already broken RUST. We also have to pay for cleaning of pool - because we swam in it and for broken crockery which never existed. Tried resolving it amicably but owner refuses to comment.
