RT Pool and Projects... Themba - VERY BAD SERVICE

During December I decided to replace my pool sand filter. This was the beginning of my problems in dealing with Themba. Day 1, he did not pitch @ all, and gave many excuses. The sand filter was replaced, and in doing so, the new filter's piping did not fit on the "old" motor. After much thought, I said replace the motor as well. A cash deposit was made to RT Pools and Projects and the motor was replaced. I queried with Themba, that he fitted the motor and filter rather quickly. Obviously, at that point, it could not be tested - as the glue needed to set. 24 hours later, I put the motor on and to my horror, the motor started driving sand out the filter and into the pool. Themba blamed the manufacturer and said I should deal with them. 1 finger in the filter had dislodged. I had to physically jump into the pool to scoop out 4 buckets. As a good gesture, Themba promised to clean the pool, did this happen - NO. I have not heard a whisper from him. He promised on 3 occassions to come to me, I am still waiting. No calls / no messages / no texts. I hope he is enjoyed the thousands that I spent. Be cautious in saving a rand or 2, can be costly down the road.
