DISGRACEFUL PLACE EVER

This is the worst place we have ever been too. Requested a Deluxe room, drove 500 km to the place for 4 nights only to find a room that looks like a public garage, there was a couch that was stained, carpets dirty, the room had this awful stink like it was never cleaned. I even paid in advance and requested a deluxe room. We just walked in and out of that place, for R1000 a night and to expect that condition place was a disgrace. I checked out 30 minutes after arriving and the reception or resort could not even accommodate me otherwise. 2 weeks past and my money is not even refunded back into my account. No calls received to apologies by management. This place is the worse and a rip off. I will never recommend this place to anyone. You better off sleeping in your car.
