Not what I paid for!

On 24 December 2013 my wife and I checked in at Southern Sun South Beach Durban for a 6-night stay. Upon arriving at our room I was horrified to discover a pair of women's underwear with a feminine hygiene product still in the drawer. There was also mildew on the walls and ceiling and the couch was stained.
when I eventually got through to Housekeeping at first they tried to get someone to clean the room but I insisted on being given another room. This was done.
Even though we received an apology and complimentary gift I was still utterly disgusted by the standards. This is not what I spent my hard-earned money on expecting to receive.
Rest assured I will never set foot in that establishment again (we usually do so every December). For a hotel that has a prime location and is a preferred holiday venue this is shocking.
