NO HELP AT ALL

I would like to let every one know, how, i tried to get my husband back on my med aid and how i got no help from best med, i sent and resent emails with the documents for my husband and no body comes back or helps, ROSY M, i was told would help me, but all she did was keep passing me to other people, now what angers me is if payment is late my husband is not covered but i have tried and tired to get my paper work through it is there side, but now its my problem if some thing goes wrong, and they dont care!!!
