On the 24/07/2013 I called medicross and spoke to sindy (who has no patience and has really bad attitude) to check what the balance on my account is and was given the amount to pay, which I did. I then get a call a month later from Shane Rossouw who tells me I still have an outstanding amount and I told him this can't be the case and he was to investigate, needless to say, that was the last time I heard from him. End of October I was shocked to get a letter in the post telling me that if payment is not made within 7 days, my account will be handed over. I then followed up with Shane who told me it's my responsibility to pay the account as at other times I was not billed for the levies! He sent me a recon and the amount to pay then I escalated the matter to Rudolph Fritz who did a second recon and gave me a different amount to pay, which I did as I was tired of this query. Now on 03/01/2014 I get another letter with an amount that apparently I STILL OWE!!! What's funny is that I pay what they tell me to pay so why now was I under billed in the first place? Does the admin get amounts from the top of their heads? This is just poor admin and i don't see why it should be my problem
