Process not clear, received different info

I requested a new card as i had to change my surname and I received an email that this will be posted to my old postal address which i removed from the system a long time ago. After phoning again, the call center agent confirmed she removed my address and i can let her know if i want to pick up-but they did cancel the delivery. This will also take 3 days before i collect. 3rd time phoning and confirmed that i will collect in Sandton. This agent told me that i can go directly and they will print my new card. I went to the sandton branch and they said the printer is broken without giving me a solution to this problem and i should phone everyday to check if the printer is working. I really cant believe the bad service and the people working at the collection/delivery department are rude! they dont greet, they throw things around because they are annoyed and seems like its just to much to ask to provide your customers with proper service. I just gave up trying and after a few days the courier cmp phoned me on my old number and said they want to deliver.. I asked them to deliver to my work when i get back because I cant take this anymore. really dissapointed.
