I recently moved over to FNB and at first things was very good until they had to deliver my cards.

One card was 3 weeks before the other and on a Saturday morning the CCD couriers Phoned to arrange delivery. When giving my address they said they can only deliver on one specific day!!

Here the problem started as it did not suit me and I wanted it another day which they refused.

I called the bank and arranged it to be cancelled and me collecting it at the branch at my expense and discomfort.

When collecting I told them about the problem and that I do not want this people to phone me EVER again.

To my disappointment my credit card arrived and they started phoning

I sent FNB a complaint letter and my card was again sent to the branch for me to collect at my discomfort.

This is now nearly 3 weeks and I get 2 calls a day from CCD.

I have tried every possible way to get them to stop phoning me
I have spoken to the cmanagers
I have asked them to get the Director to phone me
I sweared
I theatend them with harasment charges

What more must I do!!

I also see that a lot of other people also complained about the same thing.

How on earth can FNB allow this!!
