Don't keep their word!

My medical aid was effective from September, the main reason why I took it was to circumcise my son, who was due to be born end Sept... My son was Born and in Nov when I wanted to circumcise him it was suddenly not in my package. Because I know I confirmed this numerous times telephonically, I started complaining. I spke to a manager, Reeva who confirmed that after listening to my calls, I was told that circumcision was incl... She said she would call me back with more feedback, this never happened. I'm very upset and want to cancel this medical aid, quite frankly it was a waste of my money, nd I want my money back. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
