Non-approval for medication already covered

I have spent the last few weeks trying to get my medication already being paid for, covered for 2014 - apparently this is supposed to be painless. First they outright decline - the person who did that obviously didn't check my profile to see that the same medication is covered in 2013. Then they approved, but for 2013 - I don't need the same approval again - I need it for 2014.
I keep getting shunted around, and am sick of phoning them to get this sorted.
Seems the only way to get great service at Discovery is through HelloPeter - shocking!
