Won't pay for medication they say is covered!!!

I have a cover letter saying they will pay for my calcium chronic medication in 2014, but now when Dischem phones to put it through, there's again some nonsense story about having claimed too many times in the last 12 months! Please can I get 1 straight answer about what's going on- today please!!!
