BREACH OF CONTRACT - TERRIBLE SERVICE

We booked to move from Pretoria to Cape Town with Purple Turtle Movz. We didn't know they would outsource it. We agreed a pick up date, a drop off date and a price for volume. They picked up on the given date, although the outsourced company arrived 3 hours late, meaning we couldn't then set off on our 16 hour drive to Cape Town, with a cat and a chicken. The day after we drove straight through as we had the animals, so arrived on the day they agreed to deliver... We arrived at our new empty home, with no sleep and 2 exhausted animals. I called that afternoon, and the owner said to me... Wait for it... "SORRY EY" Your furniture will only arrive in 5 days time. So we had to stay in an empty house with nothing, apart from the clothes we were wearing. When the truck did arrive, they charged us an extra R7500 for EXTRAS, and would not allow the driver to let us have our furniture until we paid IN CASH the money. I tried to contact them again, and they stopped responding to me. I served them a summons to appear in court, and they have now APPARENTLY moved address.
