Arrogant and and rude guest house owne

My brother and his fiance stayed at this guesthouse for their honeymoon and pre-wedding night. The family went there for photo's before the wedding. We were treated appaulingly by the owner. There were no signs as to where to park and when we did park we were rudely told that where we parked is unacceptable and it is her property and she doesn't need attitude from us. We were all shocked at her outburst. This was just one incident. All 24 people there complained that they had been badly treated and disrespected by her. She made us feel most unwelcome and like she was doing us a huge favour by letting us be at her guest house.
