I had a terrible experience over December 2013. Samantha Zwane has been advertising 41 Marine Drive in Umhlanga Rocks as her own property that is let out as a holiday home. I booked in September 2013 and paid a deposit of R3400. When we arrived at the property, it in fact belongs to someone else and is currently under renovation. I tried calling her endlessly on the day that we were due to arrive at the property and her phone was off for the whole day and the entire period that we were in Durban. The owner informed me that she has been scamming people for more than a year and so far in 2013, we were the 4th family to come to the house thinking that it was a holiday home. I have opened a case with the SAPS. Please do not book with this person - she is a criminal.
