I have purchased this product and unfortunately it does not work according to the info that is given, the heat isn't as long lasting as initially advertised. The process to get the heat pad back to liquid form uses more water and electricity AND IS TIRESOME, this is and and A MAJOR . I am now in awe as there is no way of contacting the supplier even though this product is sold in most malls (no telephone nos). The website provides an email address and there has been no response
