Inferior cheap China Shoe rack

I bought the Amazing Shoe rack from Deal Click and the product is of such a bad and inferior quality that it should not be advertised on the Internet or on TV.
The supports of the shoe rack do not align easily and if pulled apart to align the supports it breaks.
The metal bars should fit snugly in the plastic sides but it should not break the plastic.
The plastic is also not good quality and i cannot believe that the rack will hold the weight of the shoes.
The response of Deal Click is that they are not responsible for the product as it is just sold thru their Website.
But they are making money off this product which actually also makes them responsible for the product.
