Poor product/Not up to standard

I have purchased this product and unfortunately does not live up to its hype, the heat isn't as long lasting as intially advertised. The process to get the heat pad back to liquid form uses more water and electricity, this is the 21st century, I do not see myself boiling water in a pot every 3 hours just to get some relief of back pain. I am now in awe as there is no way of contacting the supplier even though this product is sold in most malls. The website provides an email address and there has been no response.
