Poor service at its absolute worst!!

My family and I were booked in at Eureka self catering units during January 2013. After our first night spent we complained that the tv had a rolling screen and we were unable to watch tv. Nothing was done about that. The unit was also supposed to be cleaned during the morning. The unit was not cleaned and my complaint once again was just played down. We then took an early leave of their facility, dropped the key with Paul de Ville and enquired whether I would be refunded for the day we did not stay as they did not deliver. He (Paul) said he would call as soon as he talks it over with the owner. One week later I called back and he then said they will discuss the matter after the holiday season. I sent a text to him in February 2013, but no reply. This is by far the poorest service I've experienced, Funny though, their motto is " Come as guests, leave as friends." I definitely did not leave as a friend..
