I received an call from an Attorney saying a haven't paid my account. I found it quite strange since I haven't received the invoice from the practitioner yet so I was unaware that there was still an amount outstanding of about R60. I paid the invoice and decided to call the Doctor's office to check if my detail is correct and also to find out why I haven't received an invoice.

Some of my detail was captured wrong on there system. I was told in a very rude manner that this is how my detail was captured. I was told in a very rude manner that there is only 3 ladies at the doctors firm and they cannot call everybody. Then I was told my R50 is up and the the phone was put down.

How rude, how can you do business like this, how can a business allow its employees to speak to there
customers in such a way???

This is unexceptionable!!!
