In May I received a call from Viatek with the usual story and ordered a set of cartridges, received them and paid the invoice.

Months later I get another call from them telling me that the balance of my order has been sent. I wasn't sure what they were talking about as I haven't ordered anything else. 2 Days after that I get another call from Viatek (falsely claiming to be calling from the post office) with a tracking number. I didn't collect it as I haven't ordered anything but got the invoice in the mail.

When they called to ask why I didn't collect I said I haven't ordered it. They said it was part of my original order which was on back-order due to being out of stock. They said that they're a bulk company and and don't sell 1 set at a time, funny they only had 1 set in stock originally then. I argued I only ordered 1 set and asked for a copy of the recorded phone call, to date I'm still waiting for it.

After that, another call from them and the same rude argument about me not having ordered another 3 sets. Today, again a call telling me my cartridges have been sent, so expecting another call from the "post office" soon.

They're taking serious liberties, beware!
