How dare you!!! This is why you are losing client

So this morning I received a claims statement from discovery, stating that I have received a payment for a claim to the amount of R545.20 on the 31/01/2012. However I did not received the payment. I pay almost R6000.00 for my medical aid and additional R240 for vitality. This also went off my Saving account but I have not received any payment. So I call to find out what is going on and now they are telling me its for debt for a claim in 2010! So 3 years later you with hold money from me as a member with no communication or notification in any form of this debt for 2010! So I call your CEO office to talk to the CEO - he is a "meeting" As if that true! To be told that there is records that I stated I will not pay that and that I had a fight with Discovery about and that they decided to now with hold the payment in 2013 to me. - by law you are not allowed to do this. I will go to the news papers and I will go to the ombudsman and the small claims court if I need to. This is horrible service from Discovery! And this to a loyal client since 2009? You don't want your clients happy do you? Well I will go to the medical Ombuds man to assist as you are me from a payment that is due to
