Once upon a time I used to collect my medication from a pharmacist now boncap decided they are going to inconvenience us by delivering it. I work flexible hours and the method of delivery didn't suit me, they never consulted with us whether we are fine with this but they did it anyways. Now they pharmacy courier service we usually send our script says the got everything except for authorization from boncap, aren't they supposed to tell people they contracted to deliver medication that the process has changed? I call them and they tell it has changed, again? with out telling anyone even their own supplier. They knew I'm out of medication but they just sit there and do nothing, at least the pharmacy would call to find out the hold up... They really dont care about their clients. I call them to find out what going on and they tell me about their new procedure and I ask at least they should have called my Dr. and they tell me to call him but its them who made a mess...
DISAPPOINTED...
