Have been trying to obtain a letter verifying one of the dependants on our medical aid must be removed on 31 December as he has to join a new medical aid on 1 Jan. Every phone call has ended in "this normally takes a while to obtain but will get it to you in 2 to 3 days time" The 2 to 3 days has passed, surely someone at Discovery Health can let me have this letter!!! As at today the dependant is unable to join the compulsory medical aid of the firm he is employed with from 1 Jan - the cut-off date for proving he will not be with Discovery from 1 Jan was 13 December.
