We were badly treated . 1 We were told to go collect the key at a different place, we had cold water, and then we nearly lost our deposit as we were accused of breaking things and "Spillig Coffee on the wall", but the worst was to be referred to as "SWART MENSE" not clients, not customers "SWART MENSE", below is an e-mail copy.
