Poor service-food

Looking for another awesome place to take my wife on our wedding anniversary and was totally disgusted... we had Sundowners on the deck... my beer was warm n we struggled getting a waiter to serve us... then we moved into the restaurant area where again service was almost non-existent! Our food came n we had to ask for knives n forkes, I chose the duck which had so much dry rice on plate and duck was tough n dry! I could not digest the food any longer nor the service. I complained to the waiter who must have told the manager on duty as I saw him by the computer removing my duck from our bill then he disappeared, no visit to turntable or apology from waiter or manager. I called for the manager who then informed me he was to busy to see us that's why he neva came to our table! What a disgrace and to think they even called me on the day to confirm my booking!
