NO FEEDBACK... PATHETIC SERVICE

Am seriously off. I was phoned by Shapiro Shaik regarding some debt on my old medical aid. I then phoned discovery and was advised that I owed them R1018. I subsequently paid this amount and sent through the proof of payment (REF WRefNo#3099534319#- -MailRef#700748402#-). I asked them to send me confirmation that this matter has been closed but to date Im still waiting.

Can someone call me back or arrange that my settlement letter be sent through to me as I do not want to have to discuss this matter AGAIN.
