I received a call from one of Amani life's call centre agents, and she said I was selected to get a vacation voucher were I will be paying 50 percent for accommodation anywhere in South Africa. and that they will be sending me two cards and as soon as I get those cards I should call them to activate the cards. She one was going to be delivered on the 29-11-2013 and the second card 24-12-2013.

Days later, they began deducting money from my account, without my consent, as the phone call I received, was about the delivery address, not arranging a debit order, after several calls, they let me listen to the recording and there is no mention of debit orders, or where I'm explicitly giving them consent to deduct monies.

Now, they refuse to refund my money, claiming that me saying 'yes' to the delivery, also constitutes to acceptance of a debit order.

I want them to refund my money to the amount of R499.
