I recently informed Discovery that I would like ny vitality activated effective 01 December 2013. I understood that there will be a backdated amount as the premium for December had gone through. Firslty it was the emails and the subsequent response from Discovery that this could not be done, unless there was an email from the broker. This was done and this morning I called the call centre to confirm if all is in order. I was transferred from one agent to the other and the last agent informed me that they need to transfer me to discovery health as they would need to make a decision. I am so glad that there is an alternative at work as I am not willing to go through such hassles.
