Only Half of PMB Claim Paid

I went to the Ophthalmologist for a PMB condition for numerous test. Discovery only paid roughly half of the account. One code was rejected, this was for a scan that picks up damage to the eye before it leads to permanent reduction in the visual fields (IE partial blindness). So basically Discovery will only cover tests that detect permanent damage that has already occured and will not pay for the preventative detection tests as part of their "basket of care". It really is not good enough, i require these tests at least twice a year as i am young and the disease needs to be monitored to prevent damage to my vision.
