Failure to settle a Claim, Very poor service

My GP referred me to the Specialist, and discovery gave authorization for that, now the specialist requested for some tests and X-rays to be done, we contacted discovery for authorization and that was never issued, and we didnt know why nor did they tell us or our GP as to why. We then went on and paid cash for those tests and X-rays which cost us about R3100, later on we discovered that such test and x-rays are cover under my policy, i then decided to submit a claim and now they do not want to pay. spoke with them on they phone the lady was very rude and it was very obvious that they were looking for any loop hole not to pay. I am very very disappointed in discovery, they cheat on people.
