Authorisation Department not available

My son is suppose to go for an operation tomorrow. Bonitas- Authorization Department was suppose to authorise yesterday and today when I call to make a follow up there is nobody in the authorization department since everyone is attending Mandela's memorial service. My goodness what about my son's life who is still alive? Is this what Mandela would have wanted? for a child's life to be put on hold simply because people are attending his memorial service? I do not think so. What a lousy service and yet we are paying so much for the medical aid. I want the whole world to know about this. This is utter nonsense
