Appauling Service and concern

I was sent by my company on training at the Amanzingwe lodge in the Hartebeespoort dam area on the week of the 22-25th October 2013. I am a lady in her mid thirties. Around 3am on the 25th October two men broke through the window into the accommodation I was sleeping in; one had a knife and another had a gun, the man with a knife physically assaulted me (I sustained a knife wound on my left arm, a bruised shoulder and later miscarried my baby) The thugs got away with my personal belongings, I was only left with the clothes on my back (a nighty). The total loss that I suffered totalled around R55k excluding my hospital bill. I tried calling the switch board number which no one answered and then minutes after the men had left the room, I went to the nearest chalet where the lady in the room attempted to contact security with her cell phone as per the details we were provided by the lodge and the cell number was disconnected, went straight to voice mail. We waited outside, as we did not want to be inside the chalet as we were both scared and only after we made contact with the police did one foot patrol security guard come strolling by around 15min after the incident.
