CHRONIC MEDICATION NOT DELIVERED!!!

Good day,

I am extremely disgusted with the service of PHARMACY DIRECT!! My grandmother is on chronic medication that MUST be delivered monthly to her in a retirement village. LET ME REPEAT: CHRONIC MEDICATION!! I have spoken to their call centre 5 times over the last 2 weeks to make sure that everything is in place with her new prescription, the "person" on the phone assured me that it was. I have had to phone 4 times after that as her medication had STILL not been delivered!!! Without it she is in great pain and danger of ending up in hospital. The at the call centre do not seem to understand this. And the "supervisors" are NEVER available, in a meeting is the most used excuse. Sure, BUT NOT EVERY time I call. I do not know what to do because my grandmother's life and health is in their hands!!! No RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGES, NO ACTION even when I am proactive in making sure they have what they need. AND MY GRANDMA STILL DOES NOT HAVE HER MEDICATION!!! If something, anything happens to her I will be taking legal action.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. OH AND PLEASE FOR GOODNESS SAKE!! TRAIN YOUR CALL CENTRE, sorry I meant STAFF.
