All I want is my results

I'm very disappointed with your institution I registered for a certificate (Business communication and office management) which took 6 months to complete. I was doing distance learning and we had 3 assignments to complete of which I submitted all of the them, but I only received results for the 1st assignment. I was promised by Mpumelelo Mwenda on the 19/12/2013 that I will get my results for the other two assignments on the 20/12/2013 till to date I have not received anything. The irritating thing is I have to email and ask her when am I to receive the results and she would just read and not respond I know this because I have a read confirmation that will show when the recipient read the email. To me it comes across as very rude and insensitive. She just keeps quite which is very irritating. I just need my results is that too much to ask?
