SECURITY GUARDS BAD ATTITUDE

I went to work this morning and as i got to the boom gate, my tag was giving me problems so i could not enter. i told the security guy to let me in or give me the visitors book so i can go inside. this STUPID guy tells me that he is not going to open for me, what was i thinking coming to work with a tag that does not work. he throws a fit and there are other cars behind me that want to go in, this guy made everyone wait wait, saying he is not opening for anyone because I have a tag that does not work. i dont know the security company that is hired there but there but they have the worst attitude and something must be done. this guys name is Sibusiso, which i think he about his name.
